一直以为 自己 已完完全全的痊愈了
谁知道当遇到类似的情景时
那种讨厌的感觉一下出现在脑海里
突然好没安全感
想起同事说的一句话‘安全感 是自己给自己的’
反复的想着这句话 却没能了解
要如何给自己这感觉??
也跟朋友说:“我想 我没能力再面对/承受 同样的际遇 我会奔溃的”
朋友回:“你可以的 人会不断成长的(思想)现在的你绝对有能力面对”
疑惑的说:“希望如此。。。。”
这几天反复的想着同样的事情
其实 事情应该是很简单的 却给复杂化了
也许 一直以来只是自己想太多了 太得空了 所以想多了
就是没其它意思的 就是这么简单的
